Jake Marshall, LLC -- A full service Mechanical Contractor has served the south east since 1930. We have completed Mechanical Engineering and Construction Projects from the simple HVAC installation to the most advanced and largest Neutron based Accelerator project in the world.

Our capabilities include Design-Build and Design-Assist Projects. We pride ourselves on standard projects, fast track projects; we assist with design concepts, budgets, estimation service, value engineering, schedules and feasibility studies, along with value added services.

We have developed a combination of solid based project management experience along with state-of-the-art Computer/Technical Services that meets the needs of Industrial, Commercial, Retrofits, or Industry Specific Technical Projects.

PDMS (Plant Design Management System) has been the key plant design tool on some of the largest, most complex process plant engineering projects ever undertaken, and also very cost effective on smaller projects. With several successful PDMS projects already completed, Jake Marshall LLC is a proven leader in this technology.

We are located on 12 acres and with over 70,000 square feet of fabrication facilities, the shops are equipped with the latest equipment, and staffed by professionals who are committed to the highest Quality to insure quick response for our clients.

Jake Marshall, LLC uses the latest state-of-the-art versions of AutoCad, Quick Pen 3d, InteliCad and SDS-2 to produce excellent representation of HVAC, pipe, structural installation or fabrication drawings and for coordination feasibility. The CAD process is an accurate and precise design program that minimizes RFI's, project delays, conflicting areas at the beginning stages of construction. This will verify the designed mechanical systems will physically fit in the architectural and structural confines of the project.
